    I've recently just stumbled across 1stAvailable.com.au and it seems to me like it's the Australia equivalent to www.zocdoc.com over here in the States.

    Zoc Doc is massive and was valued at $1.5 billion back in 2014 - http://www.cnbc.com/2014/06/17/meet-zocdoc-now-nycs-richest-start-up.html

    I know the Head of SEO at Zoc Doc here in New York and I can tell you they spend MILLIONS each year on SEO and PPC.

    I'm interested to know who the Head of Search is for 1stAvailable and what their SEO/SEM strategy is. If they can get this site to rank for 1,000s of medical related key terms then the site should do incredibly well. Right now however their traffic from search is pretty lackluster.
