Rabbitoh if this story is correct and there is evidence than this guy is breaking UK law - incitement on the grounds of race, incitememt to violence. He should be locked up waiting fair trial.

If no charges are laid, then maybe the evidence is suss or worries about rioting prevail. But if there is evidence he should be in pokey, regardless of the consequences.
