thanks norbita. I know the Aus RE market is depending on potential suckers like me to 'keep the dream alive'.
But I'm more of an old-fashioned type. One that believes in value for money. I'm investing and saving and forex-ing in order to buy that value outright in a bit of paradise that is more like Aus was 40 years ago ;)
