Like your posts, but IMO, a takeover is the last thing I want, although I'm afraid at that price it would likely be taken up.
As for the announcement, MHM needs it be known that is seeking interest from other states re site selection. This creates a bidding competition. The thought of a new business employing many people and being "green" friendly, would have a lot of interest. Obviously it would have to be in proximity to many Al recyclers for this to have credibility. The company I work for did this back in 2000 by making announcements that is is talking with other state politicians and is "impressed" with their concessions. It worked beautifully and it won them a great incentive from the NSW govt.
