Ok, didn’t allow for the establishment fee which is 30% of the funding limit. That alone skews the effective interest rate. The actual interest rate on the loan is around 10.5%-11%.
Totally different markets and risk profile but an establishment fee is Business Banking land was 1-2% of the funding limit.
No wonder they are the “miilionaires bank”
