    To add to my post chelkn,

    BRM have also submitted a BRMTPI Rail Corridor Access Application to the Department of Regional Development and Lands. Environmental field surveys are to commence by March 2010.

    If a deal with FMG is "very unlikely" as you put it, management must be wasting their time lol.
