ABS reports that 17% of households now on fast broadband ie able ot access movie in under 1 minute, and entire download in less than 10, and that 25% of households watch stream or downloaded media on PC already.

Telstra also upgraded ALL of its exchanges from 1.5Mb/s to 8MB/s - so this will also positively impact.

I think the company is at the right time and right place to start the service, as a later entry may miss the boat.
