    17% on fast broadband? or 17% have the potential to access fast broadband? okay, now if we assume you are correct....the pricing still isn't competitive...sorry I don't think their business model will work.

    I still mainatin our infrastructure is lagging too far behind this company's plans. Maybe in 5 years....good luck.
