There's no mention of how the issue share price will be calculated, even though the agreement surely must specify it exactly. There's no way they could obligate Fortrend to pay up otherwise. I agree it that it does look good. PSD, which I also hold, got itself into awful trouble with a disastrous rights issue and debt to raise capital.
On first impression I like the new CEO. He seems to really want to get things moving, whereas previously the company seemed to just plod along.
