Well property prices do fall? I have just sold one of my properties and was informed by the bank that they will be revaluing some of my remaining portfolio and to my disbelief a house that was purchase just three years ago for 700k is now valued at 485k.This is a water front house within 10klm of a state capital it is rented at $600 a week the bank valued the property prior to the purchase .If the banks intention is to start revaluing properties on the sale of existing securities then things are going to get ugly!
