I still believe that Sydney will show around +8% this year, I can only speak in respect of the limited area that I know pretty well. Of course, many macro events can influence from all directions. I accept with good grace what may be, will be, it isn't a big worry at all for me as I am lowly geared overall.
I don't get too caught up in the property thing, my natural tendency is to own, that is me and we are all different.
As the year unfolds we will see what happens.
