I was wondering, cyclone yasi and wivenhoe dam caused massive damage to Brisy and surrounds....there are houses there still not repaired....and the buyers would be very wary of brissy flooding again...
surely that huge disaster had a bearing on Brissy house prices...but a drop of 6% is like nothing...considering it was expecting rain again for the wet season, that starts in November...so floods hit Brissy again dec 11...
Sydney's west lost 2.3%, hello, this is the heartland of the workers, the mortgage belt, the under privelidged, the immigrants....
and most of the bears expected to see that area have the biggest drops, at the fastest rates.....
obviously those people out west have caught the aussie disease, you hold onto your house, no matter what is thrown at you...
