Hi Nav, my thoughts are that Phil appears to be a very, very confident Managing Director.
And why wouldn't he be if 70% can be financed through debt, he didn't seem overly concerned about the other 30% either!
150m market cap currently, it won't be for long it would appear. Some well deserved bonuses could be heading his way at the end of the financial year.
