It's understandable that people thought it had given in their September 11 announcement the company stated that "The independent financial review process currently remains in progress".
As SP3 mentioned earlier in this thread, the procurement process to appoint the external consultant and the actual work involved in reviewing are separate processes and definitely should not be referred to as the one process by the company. It is confusing and misleading.
It shouldn't require research by onlymoney to clarify what the company is saying or the current state of the procurement process also.
