The procurement process is still in progress so nlc are still deciding who to select for the external review which then will take 8 weeks once the successful tenderer begins the review.
If that is infact the situation why after four months haven't nlc been able to make a decision and following on from that how long will they take to review the review and make any necessary changes and then how long will the think tank take to do their thing.
Starting to make the aldp process look streamlined but hope for a different outcome, is it really four years ago.
