watso had the tv on last night, and there must have been a repeat of a LANDLINE show - and there was a segment about tasmanian champagne (from memory, not allowed to be called champagne) and how good it was. there was a comment that one could not expect to buy a decent bottle of champagne for less than $50 (or was it $30??)
anyway, the label under the aldi bottle mentioned "cuvee" .
in all fairness, watso is not really interested in the subtle intricacies of a $50 bottle of champagne and a $4.00 bottle from aldi will be good enough for watso and his parkie mates.
lol watso once returned from europe with a few bottles of BALSAM ... lots of intricate flavours (maybe flavours from 40 different herbs etc ) .. lol lol the flavours were intricate and incredibly moorish - but they still ended up over the back grass .
