    If an Australian soldier serving in the middle east, and an Australian born jihadist fighting for ISIS, come into contact, exchange fire, and one of them dies, does that constitute a civil war?

    And if you've got Australians killing Australians overseas, how long until you have Australians killing Australians in Australia????
