Australian Class Action Against GMV and Directors, page-81

I have just caught up with this. Have emailed MB advising my interest in joining a class action. Will calculate my current losses which will be in excess of $150k. These mongrels need to be held to account for their lies and deceipt. My first purchase, circa $50k was based on their announcement about planned listing on Hong Kong exchange. I posted an analysis at the time suggesting their was significant potential upside in the shares if they listed at the price they included in their media release. Directors are just a pack of lying thieves. As for the MD and chair, how does he sleep at night knowing he has ripped off and lost millions of shareholder wealth. Should be behind bars for life.
