Agree Jak coal will be around for a while yet but I believe the vast majority of coal burnt in the future will be very high quality low ash low sulphur black coal with perhaps a little high quality BCE.
I don't think Bacchus coal will ever make it to a power station. I also doubt Tata or any others will convert low quality Indian coal to BCE in any vast quantity.
I still hold a little hope Mantle may convert some LV brown coal but most likely not for use in power projects.
Globally the coal market is going to shrink quicker with each improvement in genuine renewables.
IK has a plan to make sure Mantle are part of the transition.
Meantime bring on the gold!
