Australian company operating in Arabian nations

In My opinion ,It is very difficult for western countries trying to dodge the legal minefield of Arab legalities.
This is why AUQ and many other small western companies are forever in legal ranglings.
It seems this has been the situation for AUQ for so long and it seems it just serves the purpose of draining the western company of funds and the Arabs take control.I hope I am wrong but watching this for some time, I think I may be on the money?
I personally have a strong strategy to invest in small companies that do not have projects in these types of countries.
To much conflict, shareholders always seem to get burnt.
