Bonds in the last 12 months have yielded around 4.5% for me in what I would call a fairly passive risk category. Some higher risk(Yield) and some lower. I have traded some bonds and also picked up another 3% there so 7.5% Overall. Bonds represent about 25% of my portfolio so I am happy with these returns.
