Business as usual. I read the OZL implementation deed and no specific mention of the OZL deal with HAV.
However, OZL are restricted from completing any deals over $75m before the formal takeover.
HAV deal with OZL is over $200m.
As such, the deal with OZL will continue as agreed, until otherwise advised by OZL/BHP,
that the option expires or they exercise the option.
