I have a BTC account and have never seen that before.
Can you get a hold of someone via live chat or phone on BTC markets? rather than email.
They must provide you an answer to why your account has been closed!. Under the privacy act you should be able to get any information regarding your financial situation. I would be contacting Fair Trading about this matter or refer it to the finanical Ombudsman.
