Hicks was caught in the field in an enemy uniform.
He should have been court-martialled and summarily shot on the spot.

He is a traitor to Australia. The penalty for treason if tried in Australia is life imprisonment. He should still be locked up.

Next thing I expect Gillian Triggs will be saying he deserves compensation.
