Rem you have been shown guidelines on the determination of CoviD cases.   I did not ask on what health professionals thought of the guidelines o said that this is the new guidelines so when cases are reported unless specified the defiition of a covid case is confirmed, probable and suspected.   If you have a different interpretation  to the national guidelines then please enlighten me.   Asking me if I feel health profressionals gain anything extra by following national guidelines is a just odd.

It is pretty simple stuff on the interpretation of the guidelines Rem.

With regards to confirmed cases the question is still unanswered from you.
I was just curious what point 3 means in the definition of CONFIRMED CASEs

    3. undergoes a seroconversion to or has a significant rise in SARS-CoV-2 neutralising or IgG antibody level (e.g. four-fold or greater rise in titre)
