Apparently because NKP is incorporated in Bermuda the ASX listing rule of two resident directors does not apply.
Never again will I be investing in a company not incorporated in Aust. Have learnt a valuable lesson with NKP and questionable directors past and present.
Lets hope that once the Mining Registration occurs that no new hurdles come from left field.
