Just a tiny, inconsequential detail....you say NKP listed 2006. They were around when I first bought Oct 2003, that's three years more frustration, as well as patience developed!

As to your other points, (and thanks to you and others for your sleuth work on this latest detail of Director's domicile), though it does seem to be a 'grey' area, and therefore not enforcable by law...I tend to think that as yet another aspect of the attitude of the Chinese to shareholders, and Australian regs...once ASIC formally engage them, and their lawyers, this arrogant aloofness might get up the investigators' noses somewhat....further hardening their resolve.

Every point however minor which casts more negative light on ZZ, given that it will have been mirrored in their handling of other ASX listed companies, can only add to our barrows incrementally.
