I suggest you explain your post a little better or you could be accused of the same.
Timing is everything with rainfall in agricultural Australia.
I've mustered cattle west of the Lachlan River with grass up to my horse's belly on just 6 inches of rain (it's a 12 inch ave area ) ...... but it all fell between April and late July.
On the other hand 30 inches of rain in a 25 inch ave area can give you a Green Drought if it comes in the wrong way and wrong time of the year.
Timing timing timing and wind, frost and cloud cover change all the rules.
