Well the SW corner did score some rain from that influence. East of the range was mostly already wet but it was good to see Warwick, Inglewood and Texas collect a bit. Even better was the central Qld. rain although 8 to 10 inches in a weekend was slightly excessive. North of Goondiwindi we have had nearly 10 inches in 6 weeks after 6 inches for all of last year and the Buffel, Bambatsi and Premier Digit along with a heap of natives and annuals have responded in a way we could have only dreamed about in early January. After buying $150K of hay from down south last year we are now about to start baling our own because there is no way our stock will be able to eat what we have growing now.
