Target has closed, both kebab shops are gone and numerous other shops are empty.
Population has not changed but people don't have money to spend partly due to the economy and loss of jobs and partly due to people having their Centrelink payments suspended or reduced for not getting a job that doesn't exist.
And we are not in drought !
