Your right in Norway I think they have from the very start of high school two separate streams of education, for the 40% with the marks do academic schooling designed toward university and the other 60 % do their high school experience with reference toward vocational training and trades. blue collar jobs. Works well there it seems.

Trouble here is we have such a wide behavioural extremes modernly, the number of kids with general behavioural and therefore cognitive/conative problems is huge by any historical reference.

Asian countrys on average own a behavioural place that way outstrips us modernly...it's the equivalent of finding out all of a sudden you now live next door to a large extended houseo family and just expecting retro morals,/behaviours or neighbourhood quality of life to magically remain high caste as before the family arrived in the street....this is the classroom experience passed down we as a result are currently experiencing today.

We do need two separate streams or even separate schools to accommodate the shifting behavioural demographics of the population...as this will continue perpetually down as a matter of designer social engineered course, the quicker we identify an change the better as outcome takes effectively the same amount of time as does ones entire childhood.

But we would have to care about the kids quality of life...which is easily argued we do not anymore, certainly far less than our reputation to our chosen ingroup at least.
