Agree it certainly can be frustrating. Keeping me here primarily is the thought of SOLG being taken out and returning $100m +++ to DGR, who in turn pay a solid div to shareholders. I know their record (i.e Orbis) is not great for paying out a large percentage of asset proceeds. But i reckon they have learned from that, and will have a bit more capacity to reward shareholders this time around. Imagine where a 5c div would send the share price.
