That 10% was only recently - like within the last decade.....I would have to search for which year....but before that they could sell all they wanted to Korea, Japan, etc....
Our only hope is hard right parties that make sure these corporate criminals and their political enablers pay...year after year...behind bars. For selling us off. And that is just one industry. Plenty more to go......
