Pulse Health Ltd announced it has received an unsolicited, conditional expression of interest relating to its operations and those of an interested party.
If the proposal which involves the offering for sale of certain assets by the interested party were accepted by the shareholders of PHG, control and majority ownership of PHG would change.
An independent expert valuation as well as shareholder approval would be required,.
However the expression of interest is highly conditional and there is no certainty it will proceed.
