Does THC have a JV with the Cann Group? If not, I cannot see why...

Does THC have a JV with the Cann Group? If not, I cannot see why they would sell a competitor's oils. The marketing agents for CANN are pretty slick at targeting the consumer. She wouldn't tell me how she found my email address but I'm guessing it was through my "google" searches. She said she was pretty sure I would qualify but the 15min telephone interview with the assessing physician to grant me the licence was $95.00 which was off-putting.
I do feel THC has the ability to undercut the $150-$200 bottle price but these same bottles are only $65 in Canada so there is definitely need for competion in Oz. I'm hoping THC can provide that competion before the impending depression.
