I think you may be confusing Cann Group (another cultivator) and Cannvalate (a seller) of cannabis.
THC would not need a JV with Cann Group but with Cannvalate.
I would imagine they would already have this so they can make the 6000 patient sales.
Apparently our THC products arrive in Australia around May 20th then its go go go.
