The difference between the golabl multinational and AGMPL is that the entity that the personnel management entity is generally a wholly owned subsidiary of the parent company (and therefore no "leakage" arising from a mark up on the costs of providing those services to group entities), however with AGMPL as it is not owned by CGB....
