Yep, and there has been a proliferation of scare mongering the last week or so that is more than usual. It is almosty always a precurser to much higher prices.
You can bet it is driven by the bullion banking cartels and the no brainers around Wall Street.
So all in all we should see some breath taking pm rises soon.
