Now the Indians have finished buying up, and the Chinese not here, and it is Chinese New Year 13 February and not easy to whistle up seats on planes over Christmas for a delegation...
...so as my earlier post said...CTO will be left with their tongues hanging out and desperate to do any deal. Maybe sometime in April a buyout offer of 0.15-0.20/sh. A long long way from the $1.45 Mr ML was promising early-2009 for March 2010 when the "market finally realises and re-rates CTO". What a load of old poppycock! ...except it was re-rated, and here it is ~ 0.11.
As this drifts down closer to 10cents watch some of that placement start to go,
