    My disillusionment with ASIC and the ASX has led me to contacting the NACC Inspector, Ms Gail Furness KC.

    I have told her of ASIC's inaction and advice I received from the NACC that the matter will be triaged within 90 days; when it is too late.

    For those of you angered by this "dodgy brothers" transaction email Ms Furness at [email protected]

    Perhaps this post wan't succeed because it contains an email address? I will see.
