The UN system needs to change. When you have the biggest perpetrators of war crime able to hold the world to ransom with 1 vote, something is desperately wrong. The US veto allows the US to commit war crimes with impunity and they have for decades.. Again the Australian Government must speak up against this but first our government has to demand an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
Do not just accept that our politicians do not have the political courage. Keep speaking up and calling them out or the slaughter will continue. Immagine being trapped in Gaza now. It would be literally terrifying.
Do not go into your future knowing that you could have spoken up more, that you could have done more.
