One problem I have is that the quality is rubbish. I see real slums selling for near a million and ask who in their right mind would pay so much for a dump. Sydney is looking like a second rate city, very untidy, run down. Does not look like a wealthy city at all.
Like the mining towns, houses are ugly, awful, cheap and towns look olike wils west backwaters but attract huge prices.
Meanwhile we lose REAL industry like education, tourism and now books and noboy cares. Lose some value on a house which is non productive and it freaks out people. We are asking for trouble. Hope we keep finding good rocks.
Meanwhilew e should be smart to slower reduce the countries addiction to debt to try and avoid a pop while we still have high employment. Too many jobs casual and part time so if it does pop will deflate quickly.
