Hey Dalek As I know you agree with me that RPData are the benchmark, I thought that you'd be interested in the RPData clearance rate numbers for Aug 28/29 (entire weekend) for Sydney. Compared to the 72.5% you mentioned above (where'd you get that?) RPData have just released: Total auctions reported: 498 Sold: 301 Not sold: 197 Cleared: 60.4% Massive difference, ain't it? PS: That's an average of 61% for the five weekends in August (down from 62% average for the four weekends in July). Of course clearance rates are no indicator etc etc etc
