Passive 1, on your point 5, ' people are drawn by negativity', once again, I point out, that a house price collapse is MEGA POSITIVE for millions of Australians. When they talk about food and petrol and electricity going up in price, is that positive? Only to wesfarmers, Caltex and energy australia and their shareholders etc.
We want to hear about a basic need that has been blown in price, possibly by two times, (fed by greed and vote hungry yes men cretins in government, ) falling in price. And we want to keep hearing about it falling, for as long as it takes. The misery and sob stories and why would you wish misfortune on a poor over leveraged lemming angle doesnt tug at my heartstrings because the blind greed has been responsible for this price blowout of this basic human need.
