With prices for houses in Sydney and Melbourne in good educational areas being higher than $3 million AUD and $2 million AUD in Sydney and Melbourne respectively, house prices in Sydney and Melbourne are set to rocket.
There will be no way to buy into, or rent at, the good educational areas of Sydney (north and east) and Melbourne (south east) if the Government is re-elected and the interest rates go down 25-125 basis points over the coming year to cope with general economic conditions.
