Yes & up here in Brisbane, you wont be able to purchase a home under a $1 Mill from 25km out from the Brisbane CBD just 4 year agos (2020-2021) a home on the 25km fringe of the CBD could have been purchased for less that $350,000 these same homes will be touching $1 Mill+ by years end IMO.
