They were saying on TV this morning that historically speaking, Jan/ Feb / Mar tends to be the best months of year for AUS house price growth. Even though this Feb saw an improvement from end of last year, compared to other Febs, it wasn't so good. So this reduction in house price falls may be a false dawn - it's just a seasonal bias.
