as far as house shares gold whatever
not necissarily buy on a contrarian view but buy
oversold or undervalued .
when I bought my 2nd investment property my account said I was
nuts , pulled out rheams of calculations proving housing
was crap . I bought when no-one was interested and made 250%
on that property last year . If like someone said here you
bought in at the top , ofcourse you would have been caught out
and you would have to have a longer term view then .
Like I said before , if you smooth out schillers housing index with cpi , housing has gone nowhere but IF you bought in the dips like I did , you will always be up ....
