Hey Cook,
Went to a few auctions in S/E Melb today and unfortunately for some of us the crowds seemed to be back and bidding.
All sold.Hope it's only a dead cat bounce.
I have that sinking feeling of dejavu circa 2008/9 when Krudd cranked up the Vendors grant.
Political instability normally means people put off the big decisions but today it looked like "hes gonna be back and pump it up again"
Really hope my experiences were just isolated.Clearance rate tonight will reveal all I guess.
To the bulls out there yes I am worried and admit it.Constructive comments without the cheap shots welcome.
