No cheap shots from me. No idea what is happening in Melb, but Perth is doing ok. The bear predictions were a bit extreme and after falls of 5-6 % property has stalled. Just had call from mate who is into shares, the unit next to him is for sale and 8 people went through first day. He is going to sell a parcel of shares Monday and going to bank to get finance before offer. Sounds worried somebody will beat him to it. I have not seen that sort of urgency for 4 - 5 years. Still lot of stupid vendors asking too much and hoping for miracles. No sign of all market moving but the bottom is doing really well.
